His ministry background includes serving as the Director of Christian Education at the Shiloh Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio, and serving as the Ministry Director at the Faith Ministries Interdenominational Church also in Columbus. Darryl Thompson earned the masters of divinity degree from Colgate-Rochester Divinity School and he is an alumnus of Hampton University.
In the Richmond area, Darryl Thompson is a passionate champion for improving the lives of at-risk youth. He is also a member of the Henrico Ministers Fellowship. Though blessed with vision, leadership, and many ministerial achievements, his first ministry is his family. The Lord has blessed him and his wife Shuryl with two children to raise in the will of God. Pastor Thompson is visibly and knowingly committed to living in God’s will, God’s Way, and God’s Word.
